RETURNS:
Returns & Store Credit
If you are unhappy with your order, you may return your item(s) and receive store credit (for the item only) within 30 days of delivery. We will not cover the cost of shipping.
To initiate a return, please email info@modern-ish.com. All returned items must include a packing slip and the return label with the original order number. If a packing slip and return label are missing, processing may be severely delayed.
In order to receive store credit, items must be:
Unworn, undamaged, and unwashed.
In their original packaging with tags attached.
If your return is accepted, you will receive store credit for the item(s) only. If your return is not accepted, the item(s) will be sent back to you.
Defective or Damaged Items
We will issue a refund for any defective item(s) or items that were damaged in transit. To request a return:
Take a clear photo of the damaged or defective item(s).
Email the photo to info@modern-ish.com within 7 business days of receiving your order.
If we approve the return, we will provide a prepaid shipping label with instructions.
Once we receive the merchandise, we will process your refund within 30 days to the original payment method.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered the wrong shipping address, email us immediately at info@modern-ish.com. If the order has not been processed, we will attempt to update the address.
Fraud Prevention
If an order is flagged as potential fraud:
We may cancel the order or we will require a photo of the ID matching the name on the order if the name differs and an explanation for the discrepancy.
If we do not receive confirmation within 7 days, the order will be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.
Lost Packages
A store credit will be issued for all lost packages that are due to a Modern-ish error only.
Refused Packages
This includes unclaimed, refused or undeliverable packages. It will be the customer’s responsibility to repurchase items. Modern-ish will not be able to issue a refund or store credit.
Cancel Order
Please note, we try to be very accommodating, if you have issues, send us an email at info@modern-ish. We will try our best to help!
We do not offer exchanges.
