Why did I receive so many packages?

Depending on what you order, your items may ship from different locations. Therefore, you may receive more than one package arriving at different times.

How can I track my package?

You should receive an email when you order, which contains details on how you can track your items. If you don’t receive an email or if you have any additional questions about tracking, please email us at info@modern-ish.com

 

Can I return my purchase?

If you are unhappy with your order, you may return your item(s) and receive store credit (for the item only) within 30 days of delivery. We will not cover the cost of shipping.

To initiate a return, please email info@modern-ish.com. All returned items must include a packing slip and the return label with the original order number. If a packing slip and return label are missing, processing may be severely delayed.

In order to receive store credit, items must be:

Unworn, undamaged, and unwashed.

In their original packaging with tags attached.

If your return is accepted, you will receive store credit for the item(s) only. If your return is not accepted, the item(s) will be sent back to you.

 

What is the shipping policy?

It is our responsibility to ship your accepted order to you at the address you provide when making the order. Standard shipping usually takes seven (7) to ten (10) business days for orders in the United States. While we agree to use reasonable efforts to meet the shipping and delivery dates provided online, we shall not be responsible for any delays in shipments.

International orders will take about 30 days to arrive.

 

Can I make an exchange?

We will accommodate exchanges if the item is the same exact price or the product is the exact same. It must be unworn and unused.
