Why did I receive so many packages?

Depending on what you order, your items may ship from different locations. Therefore, you may receive more than one package arriving at different times.

Can I return my purchase?

If you are unhappy with your order, you may send your item(s) back and receive a full refund within 30 days of shipment, unless the item/ item description is marked final sale. Unfortunately, we will not cover the cost of shipping. All items that are sent back, must include a packing slip and return label. If there is no packing slip and return label, there may be a severe delay in processing the return. In order to receive a return, items should be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with original tags. Due to sanitary reasons, we are unable to take returns on bathing suits and bodysuits. We will issue a full refund on any defective item(s) or any item(s) that were damaged through transit. To request a return, please take a picture of the damaged or defective item(s) and email it to Please allow seven (7) business days for us to review. If we accept the return, we will send you a shipping label with instructions. Once the merchandise is received by us, we will process your refund within thirty days. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the applicable purchase.


What is the shipping policy?

It is our responsibility to ship your accepted order to you at the address you provide when making the order. Standard shipping usually takes seven (7) to ten (10) business days for orders in the United States. Expedited shipping takes (1) to (3) business days. Overnight shipping takes (1) to (2) business days. There are times when there may be a delay, especially depending on the type of products you order. While we agree to use reasonable efforts to meet the shipping and delivery dates provided online, we shall not be responsible for any delays in shipments.


Can I make an exchange?

We will accommodate exchanges if the item is the same exact price or the product is the exact same. It must be unworn and unused.
